There will be two public hearing sessions for New Jersey’s State Plan for the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V). The purpose of these public hearings is to provide an opportunity for members of the public to provide comments on the state plan. New Jersey’s State Plan outlines the design and delivery system for career and technical education programs in New Jersey at secondary schools and postsecondary institutions. Additional information about Perkins V is available on the NJ Department of Education Office of Career Readiness’ website.
The Perkins V State Plan will be posted on the NJDOE Office of Career Readiness website by November 6, 2019. The dates, times and locations are listed below.
