Many students are eligible for free meals. To find out if your child qualifies, return a completed paper application*; (instructions included) to DLEACS or use an electronic device with an internet connection to apply online.

It takes just a few minutes to apply and only one application, either paper or online, needs to be completed for all children (pre-k to high school) living in your household.

To return the form in person, Ms. G. is on site on Mondays through Thursdays starting 8AM through 12:30PM.

To return the form online, use the fillable form and download it, then attach to an e-mail addressed to Ms. G. (mgurczeski@drlenaedwardscharterschool.org).
