Dr. Lena Edwards Academic Charter School teamed up with six private and Charter high schools to host our high school fair on October 4th.

The High School Fair is an opportunity for students and families to learn about high school options in New Jersey by discussing admissions requirements, extracurricular activities, academics, and anything else that might be of interest to them directly with high school representatives. “They’ve never ever heard of a lot of these private or Charter schools,” said Ms. Gonzalez who put on the two-hour fair. “They’ve always been something that is for someone else and not for them.”

After attending the high school fair, our parents agree that the future looks a little brighter for our scholars.
