Many schools across the nation will commemorate the anniversary of 9/11 it's with a moment of silence, a workshop or outpouring of service. While all activities designed to honor this event in history are admirable, DLEACS gave an unprecedented level of school support after the attacks. 

We are proud to announce our staff member, Mr. Johnson placed 3rd in the New Jersey 9/11  Memorial Foundation's second annual Empty Sky 5K run/walk.

The Empty Sky Memorial honors the nearly 794 New Jerseyans who were victims of the 911 attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. It further recognizes the thousands who survived and all who demonstrated extraordinary compassion in the aftermath. Thankfully DLEACS is counted among them. Congratulations, Mr. Johnson!
