As part of Nurture NJ, First Ladt Murphy has hosted a series of Family Festivals in cities with high rates of black infant and maternal mortality to connect mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone else involved in taking care of a child with state, county, and local resources—essentially creating a one-stop-shop for care, support, resources, and relief.
The next Family Festival is in Jersey City at New Jersey City University (2039 John F. Kennedy Blvd) from 1pm-4pm on Saturday, January 11th, 2020.
